Pure rumour: a rumoured reshoot scene of Doctor Doom fighting Loki has been passed around by scooper accounts — Marvel has confirmed nothing about it. The same goes for claimed "secret" cast additions and exact plot leaks. Enjoy them as fan talk, not as news.

What it means for the MCU

Doomsday is the setup, and Secret Wars is the finish. Kevin Feige has framed this pairing around the idea of different universes colliding, which is why the X-Men from the Fox films and the new Fantastic Four are in the same story as the current Avengers.
