Editorial Team
BollyShowbiz is run by a small editorial desk that covers Bollywood, Indian television, reality shows, and box office news every day. We publish as BollyShowbiz Desk rather than inventing reporter names — every story on this site goes through the same desk, the same checks, and the same corrections policy below.
How we report
- Two-source rule: every fact in a story is cross-checked across at least two independent outlets before we publish. If only one outlet has reported something, we say so.
- Rumors stay labeled: unconfirmed reports, viral claims, and promo-based predictions are always marked as such in the story — never presented as settled fact.
- Numbers carry context: box office figures are trade estimates and we say so; viewership claims from networks are attributed to the network, including when fans dispute them.
- Images are real: we use official posters, promo frames, and episode stills with credits. We never publish AI-generated images as real photos, and we never ship another site’s watermark.
- Plain language: our stories are written to be read by people, not algorithms — short sentences, no jargon, no filler.
Corrections
We correct errors promptly. When a story changes after publishing — a figure updates, a rumor gets confirmed or denied — we update the article and note what changed. If you spot a mistake, tell us through the contact page and we will fix it.
What we don’t do
- We don’t publish paid news as editorial.
- We don’t present fan edits or AI images as official material.
- We don’t copy other outlets’ work — our stories are written fresh from multiple sources, which we cite at the end of each article.
